Terms and conditions

Booking Policy

All our classes/holiday camps/online sessions/workshops must be paid for in full in advance.

Once payment has been made, your place is then confirmed.

Term time studio classes - We offer our current students the chance to rebook their places for the following term first before we open up the bookings to others. 

Students are welcome to book onto the course part way through a term.

Cost is worked out pro rata for remaining sessions of term

Free trial classes are available for our term time courses to ensure your child is happy before enrolling. 

We offer a 10% sibling discount, first child pays full price and any sibling thereafter with a 10% reduction.

Attending our studio classes

Please note these are creative classes where paints both acrylic and water based are used. We do not provide aprons so please provide your child with something appropriate that will protect their clothes or supply something they don't mind them getting messy in such as an old t-shirt.

 

There is a strict NO NUT policy and we also kindly ask that all snacks are eaten before the class starts. Please Children are required to arrive having been to the toilet to minimise disruption to classes as visits have to be supervised by a stafff member.

All bags, bikes, scooter, skates etc be left in our designated safe place or taken home, depending on location this is not always an option, please check prior to your booked class starting.

Drop off and Collection Policy

Please be on time when dropping off and collecting your child. Some children can get upset if parents/ carers continually turn up late. Please inform us of who is allowed to collect your child as we will only let them go with an authorised person.  

 All artworks are to be taken home after each session so please come prepared to carry your child's masterpiece (sometimes they will be wet) as we are unable to store any artworks at our locations.

 

Refunds & Cancellations 

If we cannot run a class ourselves due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer you an alternative session to make up for the cancelled session. If you are unable to attend the alternative session then a credit note will be offered.

If we cannot run our class due to COVID (eg a lockdown), we will provide the classes over Zoom.

Photography

During our classes we take photographs and videos of the children and their artwork. These photos may be used for publicity purposes on our website, printed publications or social media. Parents must indicate upon booking if they would like their child/children to be excluded from any photographs/ videos.

COVID-19 safety procedures and policy

If your child is displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 we ask that they do not attend class but they are welcome to join our Thursday online zoom sessions for those weeks instead. 

If you are at all concerned please do a lateral flow test.

Whilst most restrictions have now lifted, we will continue to provide hand gel upon entering the studios and keep windows/ doors open for ventilation if it’s not too cold.

Sickness & Medical Conditions

It is your duty to inform us of any allergies or medical conditions your child may have.

If your child has been ill/off school due to illness on the same day as their class please do not bring them to the session - they are welcome to join online on Thursday in lieu
